Brand Ambassador
Job description
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service, introducing hundreds of new customers to the wonderful world of gelato and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. We are looking for friendly and outgoing team members that are passionate about food and that prides themselves in providing exemplary service in a fast paced environment. You are an enthusiastic people person and a team player.
Responsibilities will include;
· Providing exceptional customer service· Educating customers about gelato
· Acting as floor supervisor in management absence to ensure smooth store operations
· Actively working to increase customer traffic and reach sales goals through sampling and community initiatives
· Serving gelato and operating the till
· Being a leader in executing store operational duties
· Maintaining store aesthetic by cleaning, stocking and organizing
· Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, and ensuring that the rest of the team is up-to-date as well.
Requirements;
· Over 2 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience
· Engaging, passionate and approachable
· Ability to lift up to 40lbs and to stand for up to 8 hours
· Must be available Thursdays and Fridays after 4pm as well as Saturdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.55 per hour plus tips
